Electronic communications consent

Last updated October 9, 2026

Your consent

By accepting a Oyaka product or creating an account, you agree that we and your program may provide agreements, disclosures, notices, statements, and other communications (“Communications”) to you electronically — by email, text, or through the app or portal — instead of on paper. This consent applies to every Communication we're required or choose to give you about your account.

What you need

To receive and keep Communications you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, a valid email address you check, enough storage or a printer to save or print copies, and software that can open PDF files. If our requirements change in a way that risks your ability to access Communications, we'll tell you and give you the chance to withdraw consent without charge.

Paper copies

You can ask for a paper copy of any Communication by writing to support@oyaka.com. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies unless the law prohibits it. Asking for a paper copy doesn't withdraw your consent to electronic Communications.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting support. Withdrawal takes effect after we've had a reasonable time to act on it, and may mean you can no longer use products that require electronic Communications. Withdrawal doesn't affect the validity of Communications given before it took effect.

Keeping your details current

Tell us right away if your email address or mobile number changes, through the app or by contacting support, so we can keep reaching you.
