How products are offered

Oyaka products are offered through partner programs. Depending on the product and your state, the lender or provider of record is Oyaka Inc. or a partner bank or lender, named in the product's agreement. Products and terms vary by state and aren't available everywhere.

Licensing

Oyaka maintains the state licenses and registrations each product requires, and offers bank-partner products where a bank is the lender. A current list of licenses, license numbers and the states in which each product is available is provided with your agreement and order form, and is available on request to legal@oyaka.com.

NMLS

Where a product and state require it, Oyaka and the relevant individuals are registered in the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS). You can look up a licensee at the NMLS Consumer Access site, nmlsconsumeraccess.org.

Lender of record

Each credit product's agreement identifies the creditor, the APR or fee structure, and the governing state law. Nothing on this site is an offer to lend; all credit is subject to application, eligibility and approval.
