Your privacy choices

About this page

This page explains the choices you have over your personal information, including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws. Information we handle as a financial institution under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act is governed by the privacy notice you receive with your account; this page covers everything else.

We don't sell or share

Oyaka does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we don't, there's nothing to opt out of on that front — but you can still exercise the rights below.

Your rights

Subject to the law and to records we must keep, you can ask us to: know what personal information we hold and how we use it; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; and limit our use of sensitive personal information to what's needed to provide the service. You won't be treated differently for exercising these rights.

How to make a request

Email privacy@oyaka.com or use your program's support. We'll verify your identity to protect you, respond within the time the law requires, and tell you if an exemption (such as a legal record-keeping duty) limits what we can do.

Authorized agents

You can use an authorized agent to make a request; we may ask for proof of their authority and for you to verify your identity directly.
